In a frying pan over mid-high heat: 1 medium onion; sautéed until translucent. 2 crushed cloves of garlic thrown into the pan and sautéed for 30 seconds. Throw in a half pound of lean ground beef, a pinch of cumin, a teaspoon of paprika, a teaspoon of oregano, ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper, a pinch of salt, black pepper to taste.
What did we just make? Taco beef. Awesome.
