Soooo it’s been a long time since we’ve talked. I hope you’re well! There’s been a lot going on, and most of it hasn’t been culinary. Regardless, I do have some adventures in food to share. The first of these adventures is perhaps the simplest, and a classic favourite in any kitchen. Roasted chicken.
First, get a chicken – preferably pre-killed/plucked/gutted/etc. In my case, I bought two; if you buy two, I highly recommend you pose them in comical battle scenes… or chicken-erotica. While you pose your chickens, preheat the oven to 500°F. Don’t worry – we won’t leave it there.
